Benno van Aerssen
Management
Benno is a visionary, innovator, trainer and author with extraordinary creativity, ideas, passion and empathy. As the 7th German generation of an old Italian dynasty of church painters, inspiration, creativity and inventiveness are in his blood.
His specialties are the development of creative intelligence, change-ready people and companies for a life full of boundless imagination, inventiveness and passion. Which is why he promotes the topics of creativity, inspiration and idea generation at the Institute.
Christian Buchholz
Management
Christian is a thought leader, speaker, trainer and author with unique vision, curiosity and a flair for good stories. As an expert in leadership and innovation, he ensures that people are enthusiastic about change and that curiosity and energy are awakened.
In addition to these specialist areas, Christian is quick to recognize changes in the field of innovation in order to identify new topics that will influence innovation work in the future and to develop suitable methods and tools with the team.
Malvine Klecha
Consultant & Product Development
Malvine is an implementer and doer with a clear vision, in-depth expertise and clear structures in her work. As a Master’s student on the “Innovation in KMUS” course and the “Sustainable Management and Technology” course, she is the first choice for projects and workshops for SMEs as well as training courses with a focus on sustainability.
For Malvine, sustainability and innovation are two topics that can no longer be thought of in isolation.
Christina Fiedler
Coach & Consultant
Christina is a creative all-rounder who has gained a broad knowledge in many industries and business areas and can therefore help to adopt many different perspectives. She would also like to promote this mindset in others and therefore focuses on the topics of mindset, self-reflection, creativity and inspiration.
For Christina, the right mindset is the foundation of successful innovation work and should therefore be encouraged and trained from the outset.
