With over 20 years of experience with well-known companies and players in the food chain, Hila Attaie has in-depth know-how in the food industry.
As Head of Research & Development, she soon discovered her passion for innovation. In collaboration with the verrocchio Institute, she acquired structured knowledge for innovation management as the person responsible for this subject area.
Over the years, she successfully established these innovation principles in practice and adapted them to the challenges of medium-sized, but also international companies in the food industry.

With both technical/scientific and business education, Hila Attaie has demonstrated strategic vision in her years of working in the food industry.
She currently works as a freelance consultant. Thus, Hila brings together methods from innovation management with her expertise from the food industry. She works with stakeholders in the food value chain to develop innovative and commercially viable solutions with a focus on sustainability.
In their cooperation, the verrocchio Institute and innojump bring together the two fields of competence for innovation & food and thus offer the ideal platform for sustainable innovations in the food industry.
So specifically designed for applications in the food industry, our Food Inspiration Card set serves as a source of inspiration for ideation phases. All pictures are self-recordings by Benno van Aerssen (verrocchio), and have been further developed by food expert Hila Attaie (innojump) into inspiration cards for digital, but also analogue idea generation.
The “Minesweeper Framework” as a strategic tool helps you to identify potential fields for innovations based on disruptive and risky future scenarios. The framework is ideally placed before a design thinking project. It was developed by Hila Attaie and Benno van Aerssen and is based on years of practical experience.
