The Inspiring Leader Program focuses on the development and sustainability of your organization by specifically addressing your leaders.

The Inspiring Leader Program trains your managers to become inspiring leaders. The trained managers actively and responsibly shape the future of the company and thus place it on a firm, future-proof foundation.

Overview of the program

The Skill-Cluster

The program comprises a total of so-called skill clusters. A skill cluster is a subject area that is essential for an inspiring leader. Within a skill cluster, participants learn all the important theoretical building blocks, characteristics and correlations using easy-to-follow modules.

Individual challenges, individual program: The skill clusters can be adapted depending on where your company currently stands. We engage in an intensive exchange with you about the status of your managers and decide together which cluster to focus on.

1: Create Mindset

This cluster focuses on developing a future-oriented leadership mindset as well as a team mindset.
Participants experience, for example, how teams act more optimistically, overcome emotional blocks more quickly, understand problems more clearly and refract more efficiently.

2: Think outside the box

This cluster focuses on increasing team creativity.
Tools and methods are used to find and evaluate ideas that can be applied immediately in day-to-day business. Managers experience how they can create and promote a culture of innovation.

3: Develop Teams

In this cluster, the focus is on the ideal framework conditions for team development. Various “state of the art” leadership styles and their application are experienced.
The cluster places particular emphasis on leadership in uncertain and contradictory times and the formation of innovative top teams.

4: Go future

This cluster helps managers to focus on the future. Participants learn to identify future areas of potential for the team and the company.
We experience how trends can be used profitably.
Tools and techniques for planning and dealing with dynamic market and trend environments are taught.

5: Be sustainble

Sustainability is a central component of modern corporate management and future viability. This cluster sensitizes participants to sustainable practices and shows how value creation can be increased through sustainability.
The UN Sustainable Development Goals are used as a guiding framework.

6: Be digital

Digitalization and artificial intelligence offer immense opportunities for companies.

Managers learn how they can use digitalization and artificial intelligence to increase the efficiency and innovative strength of their company.

7: Be visual

Visual tools are essential for creating clarity and overcoming complexities. This cluster teaches techniques for the effective use of visualization in everyday leadership.
Among other things, participants learn how to visualize goals and visions, how visualization counteracts misunderstandings and increases the quality of decisions and makes meetings more efficient.

8: Create impact

The “Create Impact” skill cluster brings together everything you have learned: Participants experience how all other skills can be developed to their full potential.
Together, we work out how visibility, stories and productive discussions can create noticeably more impact for your team and your company.
