About the format

The Sustainability Level-UP Programme is your bazooka for accelerating sustainability. It is an offer from the verrocchio Institute and is aimed at all companies that are already using initial human resources for their sustainability obligations and are now wondering how they can accelerate sustainability throughout the company and make it more visible.
In the programme, a wide variety of sustainability concepts are developed by your employees throughout the company over a period of 4 months. During this time, employees are made more aware of the topic of sustainability, develop their own ideas and can get involved as co-creators.

Elements of the programme

Kick-off workshop – definition of the guidelines and potential fields for the ideas of the divisions: Half kick-off attendance day with sustainability department and management with responsibility for sustainability

Initial SDG Innovation Workshop – concept idea development with the help of the SDGs: Two attendance days per core business unit with max. 10 people (for up to 10 business units)

Concept Growth with Team Flex-Support – Concept development in the teams asynchronously with virtual support: Within the next three months there will be 6 Flex-Supports per area for individual support of the teams

Half Time Check – virtual half-time session for networking participants and mindset work: After six weeks, there is a half virtual day with all participants from all areas

Present & Celebrate – Final closing event: Half final day in presence with all participants + CEO after a total programme duration of 4 months
