STARTER
Our AI Toolbox Starter is aimed at organizations that are completely new to AI. This starter box contains tools that provide a low-threshold introduction. They help to dispel concerns about AI, help you to get to know key terms relating to AI and show you the specific areas of the organization in which AI can be used.

AI Toolbox
BOOSTER
Our AI Toolbox Booster is aimed at organizations that already have a basic understanding of AI and its possibilities. This extended version of the box contains tools that help to deepen a previously identified focus topic and develop concrete AI ideas. The aim of working with this toolbox is to come up with enriched AI solution ideas that can be directly transformed into prototypes by relevant experts.

AI Toolboxes

The tools
Our AI toolboxes are packed with verrocchio tools that have been tried and tested over many years. They are easy to understand and provide support in very specific work packages. Let’s take a look at the tools in the boxes.
Cardsets
Our card sets are real all-rounders. We at verrocchio have developed all our card sets ourselves and have been working with them in our workshops for many years.
The cards can be used in many different ways. Traditionally, the cards serve as a great source of inspiration for brainstorming. However, they can also be used for learning or reflection.
We have developed a total of 5 new card sets for the AI Toolboxes. You will find 3 of them in the Starter Toolbox and 2 in the Booster Toolbox. The card sets are only available exclusively in the toolboxes.
Methodpads
Methodpads are A3-sized worksheets that have been successfully used at verrocchio for many years – they form the basis of all our training courses, projects and workshops.
A methodpad can explain a tool or an issue. It always contains all the information needed to work independently with the tool/topic.
The Methodpads are deliberately designed in A3 format, as this encourages people to really work with them.
Both toolboxes contain 8 Methodpads each, which either represent a tool in their own right or show working formats with the card sets.
Microtrends
In both toolboxes you will find a collection of so-called AI microtrends. They were provided to us by TrendONE exclusively for the toolboxes.
Just like the card sets, microtrends can be used in a variety of ways. They show specific AI technologies that already exist on our planet today. You can learn a lot from them, be inspired by them and even derive potential for your own company.
The AI Starter Toolbox contains 50 microtrends, the AI Booster Toolbox contains 100.
The microtrends are provided only digitally.
Poster
We at verrocchio have also been working with posters for many years. Our poster tools are DIN A0 in size and are therefore designed as an easy-to-read group work tool with sufficient space for post-its and writing.
There are two posters in the AI Booster Toolbox: one poster for process considerations and one poster for the consideration of your product/service. They support you in finding concrete ideas on how AI solutions could be used for certain parts of a process or a product/service.

Flex-Support
Both toolboxes are designed so that you can work with them completely independently. The boxes each contain suitable instructions that explain the tools and work packages step by step.
But there are situations in which questions arise. You may be unsure whether your workshop concept makes sense or not know how to deal with certain circumstances in your company.
That’s why we have integrated Flex-Support into our boxes. We are there for you for all your questions and challenges relating to working with the box.
The AI Starter Toolbox contains 1 Flex-Support ticket.
The AI Booster Toolbox contains 2 Flex-Support ticket.

Suitability and requirements
AI STARTER Toolbox
This starter box is suitable for anyone who wants to get started with AI in their company.
No prior knowledge is required to work with the Starter Toolbox.
However, we recommend basic knowledge of workshop design and teamwork.
AI BOOSTER Toolbox
This box is suitable for anyone who wants to delve deeper into the topic of AI and analyze a previously discovered area of potential in more detail.
Some prerequisites are necessary for successful work with the Booster Toolbox:
- You need a basic understanding of AI. This means that you are familiar with key terms relating to AI (e.g. structured data, data models, …)
- You need at least one focus topic. Means: You have identified AI potential in your company, either in the area of process flows or within the product/service you offer. You have then developed a specific key question (e.g: How can AI automate the purchasing process for our standard steel screws so that we always have the quantities required by our customers in stock without us having to do anything).
Both toolboxes can be purchased separately.
In terms of content, the AI Booster Toolbox builds on the AI Starter Toolbox, so it makes sense to work with both boxes.
